Prestige Bankers | For what?

What's the point of having an allocated Prestige Banker, if you have to constantly follow up with them.

This has resulted in me approaching other financial institutions for my needs.

I am looking to move my business elsewhere.

I have to send 15 emails or so, in the hopes that it's acknowledged, or better yet responded to!!
