Prestige bankers are the worst

I just lodged a complaint regarding honouring fees that went of my account this morning for debit orders that went off yesterday and the funds to clear these also went into the account the same day, the consultant just told me if there wasn't funds in the account when the debit went off whether it's the same day there will be honouring fees, this was never the case in the 8 years I have been a prestige banker, this is the ****tiest service ever honouring fees per debit 131 and the debit order was R22. Second problem in two weeks
