Prestige Account Personal Banker ****!!!

Standard Bank has absolutely no service ethic. There personal bankers are never available. Vincent Thebe is my personal banker and when I call the dedicated number no one else can help but him. There call Centre is permanently unavailable as well. They continue to debit my account after numerous debit order cancellation forms have been cancelled. They even change dates on debit orders, after having no permission to do so.
