Prestige account

Prestige banker not so prestige I made an appointment with the prestige banker to renegotiate my loan terms, update my address and change my debit order date was told this is a service related matter and cannot be helped but must see a service consultant! So what does a prestige banker do? Open accounts only?but I can do that with the app! So why am I paying so much more when I can just downgrade and get the same service and standard bank will get a little less from me for bank charges or even better I will go to a rival who will treat me better as a client... Furthermore I phoned the prestige line twice and was informed they will call the branch manager to sort the problem out and will follow up with me but I have not received a call as yet
