prescribed debt
i have a standard bank credit card where i defaulted with payments. there has been no communication with me and card div about the credit card, neither have their been any payment arrangements made. to my knowledge this is now prescribed debt. this account is still refelcting on my name when i apply for finance. i need my name to be cleared because this debt is prescribed.
