Prepaid Electricity Problem
I was trying to buy R250 prepaid electricity online through my Standard Bank account (normally a very simple and convenient way to do so) and during the payment it froze and then said it had encountered an error. However, my bank account was charged the R250 and no electricity voucher codes were provided! I would like the electricity codes to be given to me, and if that is not possible I would like a full refund. Any help would be appreciated.
