Prepaid Electricity no longer working

Buying prepaid electricity using the App stopped working more than 1 month ago. I reported this a few times and was recently told that the municipal account no changed. I can buy using cellbanking the internet so it can't be rocket science. What is the real issue? This is unacceptable and bad service.
