Premium increased without any agreement

Standard bank just increased my home premium by R830,67 with any form of communication. This is the worst bank by far how can you just increase without communication and any agreement or whatsoever?

Hi Thabisile
I am going to ask this question for the last time.
I wss on a fixed rate of 9.950% which i was paying R6719
And now i am on a 11.417% which i am now paying R7550 please make sense out of it?
Let me do the following math for you
11.417% - 9.950%= 1.467%(the increase from fixed term) R6719.39 + 1.467%= R6817.96(that's the total i should be currently paying)
You are not allowed to be charging me 12.3% increase on my bond.

I have been getting the same response "this matter has been escalated to the Home loans department" for the past 4 days

Why was this matter not taken to the home loans department from the start?
Why i never got any form of communication from the home loans department
Why was this matter not escalated to manage to show the urgency and seriousness of the matter in hand.
Clearly it shows standard bank doesn't care about their client, forgetting that it is what it is because of clients. Without clients there won't be Standard Bank
