Potential identity theft

I receive my credit card statements by email and post. <br> On this month's statement I noticed that my postal address has been changed to an address I've never heard of. <br> <br> I called card division. After making me answer a ton of \security questions\" they told me sorry, they have no idea who / how my address was changed. So how did the person who changed it manage to get past their \"security\"???? Oh, but they will happily rectify it. Uhm, NO! First explain HOW it happened before covering it up please. <br> <br> I then called the only ***** number on their website, who told me that they will transfer me to the \"application *****\" division. 16 minutes later I was still holding on the line... But in the meantime someone out there has access to my credit card statement showing all my purchases etc. <br> <br> Shocking shocking shocking!!"
