Postage fees for post I don’t receive

Over the past +- 4 years I have requested that my statements stop being posted, as I do not make use of the post service anymore and I am being charged for the postage fees every month for something I am not receiving. I have sent messages on the online portal, I have sent numerous emails to *** and I have called the customer care number and spoken to consultants numerous times regarding the same issue and was previously told it had been cancelled. I am still for the last 4 years being charged a fee every month for statement fees after requesting numerous times the service be cancelled !!! The last email I sent was 28/07 requesting every single fee debited from my account to be refunded for the past 4 years And to date no response. Is this the type of service you actually offer ? Maybe it’s time to move over to FNB as Ive heard of much cheaper service fees and customer service than what we currently receive from standard bank. Maybe now with my public post I will be heard and responded to

Reviewer Update
It’s been 2 weeks since my complaint was logged, to date There is still no outcome to my issue, nor do I see my complaint as a matter of URGENCY as stated in both this reply from STD Bank and the email I have received from the consultant. The saddest part of all, is that I have read up on complaints similar to mine about statement fees being charged to people, the bank stating “ it won’t happen again, the money will be refunded, it’s a glitch in the system, the service has been cancelled “ and yet all the people complaining again state that the money went off of their accounts again. Ironically enough, I too was debited again last week for this very issue on my account. Is this how standard bank makes its money, taking money ********ly from its clients after numerous requests to stop these payments ? I will be referring my matter to the OBSSA as well as taking it up legally as I am not satisfied at all with how this is being handled and see it as ******** and a crime to take money for numerous clients after numerous attempts to stopping it. I will not be held liable for something that seems to be happening regularly to more than one person.
