POSSIBLE ******** PRACTICES
In the process of selling my property have received cancellation figures that amongst other costs is an amount labelled 'Branch Fees' on enquiring what this is I have been informed that this is an amount deemed to be owed to STD Bank on another account, I refute this in its entirety and question the legality of merwly debiting my Home loan account with this amount.
