Port Shepstone and Cresta Branch bad service

Bad service inside the between Cresta branch and Port Shepstone branch. In Port Shepstone they keep making my mum join the queue and she old to keep standing. And at the end the request for them to up the document on the system so the cresta branch can assist was never done. Both branch's couldn't help because non of them picked up the phone to call the other branch I was using my airtime and so was my mum. Shame on you. I am not happy.
