POOREST & PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!

<p>I have a property which was financed through STD Bank and was paid off. Retained my Home Insurance (Policy Number HOP ********** 1) apparently its in conjuction with Hollard, in the past 2 years had geyser bursts,and it is never fixed to satisfaction. My wardrobe,entire house ceiling is a mess,water dripping from the ceiling through the walls, its a matter of time until the ceiling comes down on us. I have made several requests and they seem not interested to assist,they took the pictures of all damages,and thats all, they probably framed them in their offices.Geyser was replaced AGAIN 19/05/2016 its leaking water. Their excuse will be their nominated suppliers,but i pay STD bank not suppliers. ONE OF THE MOST USELESS BANKS EVER! THATS WHY EVERYONE I KNOW IS LEAVING IT,EVEN THE EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES DONT RECCOMEND IT!</p>
