Poorest Business Bankers of all

<p>I tried to open a market link account for weeks now with Std Bank business banking.First we were told to open it via internet banking.We tried this with no joy as it always stated that the service is currently not avaialable.We informed our business banker Selepe at Nigel branch again and he said he will prepare documents to sign.The documents had to be signed in front of a banker and we couldnt see him in Nigel so he posted them to Boksburg.We signed at Boksburg the documents was send back to Selepe again.We were informed its active.I logged in and there was still nothing.We were told to wait a day and then check...still nothing.I want management to intervene now please because everyday we lose interst and Std bank gains interest.I want to know Standard bank are you going to refund me my interest or what?Easy to charge interest but difficult to give hey?</p>
