POOR TURN AROUND TIME

<p>I have been requested a paid letter for the past three weeks and to date I am still waiting.</p> <p>How difficult can it be to send a mere letter? This is the reason why stopped banking with Standard Bank 3 years ago not even my kids will bank with Standard Bank.</p>
