Poor std bank service

So std bank decided to move everything done at branch to call center and online, eish what a frustrating experience. I went to apply for car finance and second bond at festival mall std branch, i was told to use their phone to make applications, the process is long and complicated. I left the branch with no success on either of the applications i wanted to make. Myb its time i switched to fnb or nedbank.
