Poor standard bank service!!

I have waited 2 weeks, and I'm STILL waiting, for approval from Standard bank home loans . I have a R400k bond on my house worth R4 million. My partner/wife easily qualifies for a mortgage of R1 million and has app**** as a co applicant to buy into my house. We have been kept waiting for 2 weeks, with no answer from home loans??? My personal banker Ivan is great, but it seems home loans are kicking their heels??!! On Monday I'm talking to Nedbank. Maybe it's time, after 50 years with S bank, to move to a more efficient bank!

Well if you regard it as a matter of urgency, I would expect an answer from Standard bank first thing Monday morning. I have an appointment with Nedbank on Monday afternoon to see what they will offer me
