POOR STANDARD BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have just visited Durban North standard bank to exchange R500 into R5 coins (for car guards).
I have often done this. For the first time, the teller, Mbali, and her manager told me that i need to pay a fee of R160 to do this, because it is not a business account.
I explained that i have never been charged this before. I said i will open an FNB acount then.
She said OK.
Is she correct with this fee of R160 for exchanging R500 into coins? R160 is crazy. Derek Krummeck 08277****5
