POOR standard bank bussiness bankers

our standard bank business account is locked for 7 days and sitting with a banker who either don't respond or respond with a never mind answer. you ask for a different banker, you don't get it, you must be stuck with a unhelpfull banker, till now we cant access our funds after we sent all documents they ask of you. Standard bank is the worse of its kind, dont open a standard bank bussiness account, that thing of a banker is more like a person who tells you when you cnt and can spent, its not there to assist but there to give your problems, you cant even find them in the bank, no where to be find.
