Poor staff service

Went to Standbank raisthorpe to query my bank charges. Took the day of was told by Moneshree Bagwandeen that she has no time i must go home and mark what i see charged and come back. Wanted to open a bank account as well for my daughter was told they need original birth certificate yet you can do it on the app. She was extremely rude told her i took the day of she was not interested to help. I said im going to complain she woke up showed me her name badge and said thats her name go ahead, she then work up and went to the front desk and starts discussing me with the lady. People like her showed not be working there is she thinks she owns the bank. Poor service, she is a very rude lady.
