My revolving credit loan payment always goes of on a Friday- on the 15/7/2020 on a Wednesday they decided to take a premium although they did deduct a premium the prev Friday- There was no money in my account and the debit was unpaid - they charged me the unpaid fee of R147 even if it was not my mistake - please note that I was still in a payment holiday also but did not mind them taking the premiums again. The lady said she will lock a query and come back to me -n she did and told me it was a fault on STD bank side AS THEY CAN SEE THE ARRANGEMENT and they will lock the query for the R147 to be refersed. You have to hold on for hours and then they transfer you from one department to another. still no money. Today they tell me that they will esculate the query again and that can take up to 48 hours.
