Poor Services by Standard Bank

Standard Bank inefficiencies at play once again, I contacted Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance to inform them about new bank details and provided them with written confirmation of new bank details. The lady who assisted me, did not effect the changes, I have emails to prove this inefficiency and incompetency of this lady. This thing will now affect my credit score, bad service to this bank. I am leaving your bank due to poor service, after 16 years. You even failed to prevent ***** activities happening on my account, while I entrusted my money with you. SIES!
