Poor Services

Standard Bank debited on my account on the day we never agree on, one consultant phoned me and to resolve the issue but things get from bad to worse as my credit card it's blocked for no reason. I was told that one of the consultant will phone me since today nothing has been done on my account I really losing confident on your banking. This is a worse services ever it was a system error from Standard Bank which I'm paying each month but nothing get fixed.
