POOR SERVICES

I app**** a week ago for a credit card which I was then told would be delivered in 7-10 working days. It has been 5 working days and I have still not received any feedback. When I called customer care to find out how far along the process is I was told that they have no credit card on their system for me and that it would take another 2 working days to get feedback.<br> This is pathetic and time consuming. I am considering moving all my accounts over to FNB.
