poor serviced as always

The standard bank consolidation department is very bad, i am being assisted by Elizabeth and i submitted everything and signed everything and all what was left was to close the account, guess what boom just like that no reply for 4 days now and now i even got charged overdraft fees on an account that was supposed to be closed.

the less said about my banker the better i been involving her in this matter and guess what nothing has been resolved le now this is nonsense, i wish my house was not financed with them i would have closed all my accounts
