Poor service to retrieve a paid up letter for a loan.

I had taken a term loan from standard bank which I paid off over the weekend and I called standard bank today to request a paid up letter but have informed that I need to come to the branch to get this. I had sold my vehicle which I informed the consultant off so I do not know how Standard bank expects me to get to their branch especially since we are in Covid and it is not safe to take uber or bolt since so many people are being victims of crime from these services. All I need is a paid up letter so I can send to transunion to update my credit information in order to qualify for car finance.
