Poor service to clients

When I followed up with standard bank I was informed by a lady called Sylvia that the money has been returned by the bank in Australia to Standard Bank whereby I informed them to cancel the transaction and send the money back into my account which Sylvia said it should reflect in my account within 48 hours.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px;"> </p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px;">Today the 10th of April 2017 marks the 5th day since I requested for the money to be credited into my account and yet no one is assisting me. I have been sending emails back and forth trying to understand what the problem is but no one cares to answer my emails anymore.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px;"> </p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px;">I am not so happy about the level of service I have received from Standard Bank and I am honestly thinking of closing all my accounts with them as soon as this matter has been resolved.
