Poor service stdbank Vereenining

Stdbank debited my acc which i told them im weeks before my debit order date that im counseling the insurance, i went to the branch to reverse my money i was told that they cant do it only head office can , i was also given a proof in black and white that i cancelled the policy, i don't know why stdbank took money cause now i had to wait for days to ger my refund, i betnif stdbank persist with this service they gona loose my clients...

The worst happend on my arrival at the branch i met a horrible consultant , the worst scenario the consultant almost gave away my id to another client, to cut the long story short Stdbank Vereenining branch your service sucks shame not sure if you're short staffed or you're incompeten...
