Poor Service - Standard Bank Newcastle Mall
Just been to your Newcastle Mall branch and its shocking that at 9.30am i am waiting in a long queue with just one teller,They have a sign up on the other 2 tellers saying its closed...There is only 3 tellers by the way. When i asked the lady at the front i was told that they are doing Suprise checks????????? THATS SHOCKING and during a month end Payday morning.
No manager presence on the floor ...The bank is full inside,Outside atms are packed with queues but guess what your guys are at the back .
Once again the service is poor with no improvement...This is the same reason why i moved banks last month.
