Poor service - Standard bank Chris Hani Mall

Standard bank Chris Hani has the poorest service. We had to wait 5hours just to get a bank stamp and proof of having an account. There is no consultant checking the queue for the elderly and or separating the clients to ensure service. The consultant by the name Thando Zondo rudely told us to wait in line whereas we were begging here, considering the time it would take to submit those forms to the employers on time.

After continued engagements with the security guard by the name Mili only started then scanning the queue for the elderly. Please do address these issues with the staff in this bank. Their service leaves so much to be desired.
