Poor service Standard Bank!

Empangeni. Terrible service. Monday afternoon 4 May 2022. Long queues and only one teller on duty. People have complained, including myself. No reason given, no extra teller r points opening.

The local manager did indeed try to get hold of me. I responded to an email. I am happy that Standard Bank is taking the review seriously and hope that the steps that they are promising to take are effective in making their customers lives a bit easier.
