Poor service - once again?

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Standard Bank, especially as a loyal customer of over 45 years. A simple address update, which was completed in-branch, has turned into a frustrating and unnecessary back-and-forth, with poor communication and a lack of accountability. Loyal customers should not be subjected to repeated verification processes and dismissive service. This experience has been disappointing and far below the standard I expect from a major bank.
