Standard bank offers debt consolidation solutions but when they mess up with the debit order date they refuse to fix it, even after all proof has been sent that this is what you asked for from the beginning in all your e-mail correspondence. You can explain your heartfelt reasons why and beg and plead to please move it, there is just no customer care at all. Your family can rather have no food to eat before they will help you.
