Poor service, lack of communication

I am a Prestige account holder, not sure why they call it that if you receive such pathetic service but the monthly fees are so high. In August I went to the Claremont branch to move my account to them, as I received such bad service from the Kromboom branch. But it seems the service is the same at every branch. I opened up a money market account & money was transferred from my account into this account. On checking my statements I see that I was charged R42 bank charges. I have been trying to get a hold of T. Cloete for the last week with no luck, even sent an email, still no response. I could have done the transfer myself with no charges I'm shocked that I was charged for this. I even opened up 2 plus plan accounts & I'm still waiting on information regarding these accounts. If you are unable to provide a good service & give information regarding the products that you offer, kindly advise me so that I can close my account immediately?
