Poor service from Standard bank vehicle finance

There is just no service at all from standard bank vehicle assets and finance. I was relieved that i finished paying my car loan with them and that i dont need to deal with them again however i paid my last installment on the 28th of April and requested them to advise me on how to obtain my original car documents, 2 weeks later i am waiting for a reply to my simple request on email. Their responses to emails if any is extremely poor.
