Poor service from Standard bank TRUST

When my husband passed away Standard Trust was appointed as his executee of estate. It took months going from one person to the other "people kept no longer working there" Finally a peraon was assigned to our matters. There is hardly any feedback and communication when it comes to urgent matters phone calls are not taken and mails are not responded too. I would be amazed to see how quick they grab funds when funds become available.

Thwy are in the business to help people deal with these matters for a reason. I would not reccommend there services to anyone. If ever you are advised to appoint them RUN AWAY!!!
