**** Poor service from Standard Bank Northgate Mall

What pathetic slow service at the Standard Bank Northgate Mall branch. Spent over an hour, playing musical chairs, to just collect a credit card!! When enquiring as to why the service is so slow, with the 'So Called' branch manager... I might as well have asked the door I was standing next too... The absolute blubber that spewed forth out of his mouth, was a disgrace!! Showed absolutely no intention of even trying to sort out or help! Standard Bank Head Office... you might as well close this poor excuse of a branch. The staff are useless and the service non existent! Pathetic! Get rid of thise stupid chairs that you make everyone sit on! This just creates a no haste attitude from the staff. Time is money ****it!
