Poor service From Standard Bank Insurance

I was in a accident with my car on 31/07/2015 and reported it to Standard bank Insurance it has been almost 3 weeks and my car still haven't been touched or started to be repaired. I feel this is not acceptable as I am struggling to get to work. very poor service!!!
