Poor Service From Standard Bank Home Loans

Last month I contacted Standard Bank in order to adjust my monthly installments. I voluntarily had Standard Bank debiting my account with more than I was supposed to be paying in order to reduce my term.<br> <br> Standard bank confirmed with me that this will be done.<br> <br> My debit order went off and they did not change the premium as discussed.<br> <br> SA Home Loans had offered me a better rate as well and because Standard Bank said that they would sort out the problem - I did not accept the loan. Because of Standard Bank, my credit score is affected. Idiots!!!<br> <br> Poor service from Standard Bank!!!
