POOR SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK

THE SERVICE AT STANDARD BANK IS VERY POOR .I had a revolving loan with standard bank which a paid it finish,than i received a SMS notification that i need to go to any nearest branch to close it ,however standard bank debit money in my account .i went to the branch to close it during the month of April 2020 ,which i was assisted by one of the consultant at Maponya mall which she told me that has been closed and the reserve the money that was debited during the month of April.i went to the bank this month of September to check if i do qualify for a loan at Eldorado park branch i was told that my revolving loan is still open and i owe an amount of R377 i need to go to Maponya mall and tell them that they didn't close my revolving loan instead of assisting me than i called the call center to find out one of the agent send i must go to Maponya mall and tell them to close it as well and give me a closure letter, which is money to drive up an down for their mistake . AS FROM NEXT MONTH I WON'T BANK WITH STANDARD BANK ANYMORE AND I'M GOING TO ADVISE ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNT AS WELL BEFORE THEY RECEIVE POOR SERVICE.
