Poor Service from Standard bank

I app**** for a bond through a bond originator . First told to look for another property as the bank doesn’t finance those properties as developers not registered with Standard bank. Then I find another property then get told I have a credit card which wasn’t paid which I don’t have & never had. I call the call centre they cannot find anything then get passed to collections & nothing then to legal & nothing This is just pathetic service from standard bank yet I have an excellent credit report, I would hate to think how someone with an average credit report gets treated. No wonder standard bank has one of the highest retrenchments among banks in the country as they just don’t know how to do business or treat potential clients As buying property is supposed to be the least risk to a bank
