Poor service from Standard Bank

Good day this is the second time I am writing a review about standard bank. They have handed over my current account and I am trying to reach out to them to make arrangements to pay without any success. I went too of their branches in Pretoria and still I couldn't get any help. Its badly affecting my credit profile as all I want to do is pay
