Poor service from standard bank

Hi My cheque card is expiring on the 31 January 2021, they send my new card to Alex branch without informing me by either calling to ask if they can send it there, that branch is nt near where am staying . They claiming they send me an sms to say my card has been send there, I asked if its says I got the sms why did I go to greenstone branch to renew. I feel the service is very poor how do u send someone 's card to a branch without contacting the owner. They should work like FNB where they call customers and ask where to deliver their cards.
