Poor service from Standard Bank

I just came back from Standard Bank to ask request a few bank statements from 2018 for my audit trail. I was told that it will take 7 working days to get the statements. What???? What year is this? Why is Standard Bank not moving with the times? Oh and to top it off, they will charge me for each page that they email to me. Whatever Standard Bank, whatever. Not to compare, but I called Investec yesterday for bank statements from 2017/2018 as well and it took them 15 minutes to email them to me.
