Poor Service From Standard Bank

Very poor service from Standard Bank.

After 2 years and 6 Months Standard Bank has not finalized the Estate of a family member.

All follow up emails leads to excuses and no progress is made.

After many emails Standard Bank just stopped replying to emails. It feels as if Standard Bank is ignoring their customers.

I would recommend that all Standard Bank customers find a different Bank. Very disappointed with their services.
