Poor Service from standard bank

<p>I have my vehicle financing through Standard Bank since 2013.</p> <p>Till this day,no one can provide me with a copy of the vehicle purchase contract for my car.</p> <p>Most recent episode of trying to get this was 2 weeks ago.I called the vehicle finance department to speak to a completely useless Megan who promised the world but to no surprise I still have received it.I called again last week and spoke to a Darius McKay who again assured me that he will personally ensure that I get the assistance I needed. I asked Darius for a turn around time to which I was informed that standard bank has no turn around time on escalation for a copy of a clients contract. Needless to say,I still haven't received anything .I am fed up with standard bank as I need a copy of my contract for SARS purposes. </p> <p>I don't understand how the bank fails to provide a copy of my contract when I have been paying for this car for 3 years now!!!</p>
