Poor service from Standard bank!!!

I am very disappointed with the service from standard bank call centre, I withdrew money from the Standard bank ATM but the cash was not dispensed and reflected as withdrawn in my account, I phoned standard bank and informed them of this and they said they will investigate and if they can prove that I did not get the cash they will refund it into my account, this was in April up until today the money has not been refunded to my account I did a follow-up last month and they said they would escalate it but up until today there has been no feed back. I phoned again today and an agent informed me that they will be in contact with me throughout the day but no one has contacted me, I am very disappointed with standard bank yes it was R200 but to me it was worth something.
