Poor service from Standard Bank

I have recently app**** for vehicle finance via my private banker. I have not been able to get hold of my private banker or her office. The Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset finance department has been giving me the run around for the past week. Calls are unanswered. Promises are made and not followed up. This is highly frustrating. I have banked with Standard Bank for the past 33 years exclusively.
