Poor service from Home Loans

<p>For the last 25 years I am a PRESTIGE client of Standard Bank, including investments account, paid off bond, executor of my will ext.. More then 2 months ago we app**** for n home loan (ref ***) on one of my properties baught for cash (approx. 60% of propperty value). I am still waiting for an approval, if I query through Kempton Park Festival Mall branch, I either get no response back or only another question. What happened to the 5 to 7 day response? Maybe it is time to move on, I notice that other Financial Instetutions are keen for customers!</p>
