POOR SERVICE FROM HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT

There I m applying for a home loan to purchase a piece a land in Rayton (Pretoria) to build my dream home in future. through a bond agent approached all the banks and standard bank did a pre-approval which I was happy with, meaning I can "afford" it and because I have a 5 year home loan with them I m in their good books.

Boooommmm a week later I got a decline letter from the bank, reason been "The property is poor/ unacceptable, wow. I called their home loan department to get clarity and they say the reason is STANDARD BANK doesn't offer home loan in the area/ Rayton but hey your letter has something different. 2nd call to their compliant, they say the reason is STANDARD BANK is over exposed we cant help you, no man give me the real reason you cant help me because there cant be three different reason why I cant be offer such services depending who you talk to.

Ok cool lodged a compliant with Ombudsman of Banking services, Standard Bank called me the next day after long discussion, the resolution is STANDARD BANK cant offer me home loan because the empty stand I wanna buy is poor and unacceptable.

They are fishing for reasons why I can't be provided with certain services.

My question is: When will a day come were we as BLACK PEOPLE are going to have access to all services without having been discriminated against especially those empowering services. I bet you if I apply for vehicle finance now, by the end of the day I will be driving home Benz/ BMW worth million bugs.
